Quidance on the modeling of the university business processes

This article discusses issues related to the introduction of process management at the university. Particular attention is given to problems of classification and allocation of business processes in educational institutions with a tiered system of training. We give guidance on the modeling of the university processes. VSUES (Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service) is taken as an example . Description of each phase of modeling is accompanied by examples obtained from the studies and is using the tool environment of Business Studio.
